Dover Youth Hockey is proud to continue the House League Referee Program... the largest organized program of its type in the New England District!  The program is designed to introduce ice hockey officiating and facilitate the process of becoming a USA Hockey-certified ice hockey referee. Moreover, the House League Refereeing Program will provide an opportunity to gain the on-ice experience and confidence required to officiate at higher levels of play.

USA Hockey-certified (patched) ice officials will be assigned to games before non-certified individuals. For more information on certification requirements, go to USAHockey.com and click on the ice officials button on the top of the page.
